Delivery

Standard UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £4.10, and FREE on all orders over £50.00. Your order will be sent via Second Class Recorded post and will require a signature on delivery. Your order will usually get to you within 3-5 working days. This could take longer if there is an unforeseen problem (eg: Royal Mail strike, snow etc).

Express Delivery is £6.95. Orders placed before 2pm will be posted the same day, orders placed after 2pm weekdays, weekends or on public holidays will be sent the next working day. Subject to availability.

You will be notified of your tracking number by email. In the first instance, please check this tracking number on the Royal Mail website for all updated information relating to your order. If no-one has been in to sign for it you will have to advise Royal Mail regarding your choices.

If however your parcel has not arrived after 10 working days, please email info@lesleyashworth.co.uk, quoting your tracking number, and we will investigate the matter with Royal Mail.

European Delivery

Standard European delivery will cost £18.00 and will be a tracked and signed for service.

Since the 1st January 2021, if your parcel is being delivered to any EU country, it may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please allow 7-21 days for arrival.

The Americas, Asia/Pacific and Africa

Standard delivery for items costing £30.00 or less, will cost £20.00. Items costing between £30.01 and £125.00 will cost £35.00, both delivery options will be a tracked and signed for service. If you wish to order something that costs more than £125.00 please contact us at info@lesleyashworth.co.uk and we will be able to provide you with a delivery cost.

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Deliveries made to customers outside of the United Kingdom could be liable for Taxes, Duties, Clearance Charges, etc. It is advised that international customers check the applicable requirements before placing an order.

Please allow 15-21 days for arrival.

Rest of the World Delivery

Standard delivery for items costing £30.00 or less, will cost £20.00. Items costing between £30.01 and £125.00 will cost £25.00, both delivery options will be a tracked and signed for service. If you wish to order something that costs more than £125.00 please contact us at info@lesleyashworth.co.uk and we will be able to provide you with a delivery cost.
